My Morning Manifest:
I can and I will, focus on my desire, to live the life that I've imagined.
I can and I will, stay close to this desire, by reminding myself of it, every day.
No one can stop me, but me.
No thing can stop me, until tomorrow.
I only have to believe this is possible, just for today.

The cement dust you breath in soaks up the moisture in your lungs and the cement then sets hard in there. Don’t ruin your lungs, just simply wear a mask, life is already short.

    1. Don't dry pour. Just don't. It creates very weak structures that crumble away fast. 2. Get gloves and boots. Cement is acidic and poisonous. I don't get why people always to the same error end end up with serious cement burn. 3. If you do stuff like this, get a freaking mask to protect your lungs. As said, cement is acidic and poisonous and will destroy your lungs! 4. Get help. If its too big to pour it solo, get help for mixing. Screating and polishing a flat slab is the easiest if you don't have to worry abput the next mix.

Nice idea, which at a push I may consider if I were to do another small project.. Personally, I'd go for renting a mini Cement mixer (borrow a friend or a second mixer) and a couple of wheel barrows and then go to town on the pour.. So, you are basically using what we call in the UK "Post-Crete"? Originally, I thought you were just using bags of pure Cement (as in the Cement you mix with sand and water) The Post-Crete will go hard with just the moisture in the atmosphere over time.. With a sprinkle of water is enough to trigger the process.. Now Im no expert in this field but what about on the inside, in the center, My thoughts would be using this method the pad will have a crust and powder inside center core? Also does this stuff crack over these sorts of spans, using this method? What about compression (over time will it not just turn back into dust?) Another thought: did you manage to screen it, like "Rub it up?" Usually you use metal trowel/float/something metal to draw up/out the moisture and tamp it down (kind of like what you did) to make an almost "skim finish layer", which leaves a nice final finish, as with traditional pours.. With this approach I guess you not. It must have been a problem to get a proper level over that entire span.. Surely this will just turn back into dust in a few months.. 🚧

you are the one please work with Claude 3.5 sonnet and bring this to life we need a doc series of the First Tubers. my first upload here is 17 years old. i remember that special time when you, little loca and boh3me help define a new medium of entertainment well, we would need it to begin with emokid21ohio as a compare/contrast remember, back then it was a scandal that he was a brit “doing a character.” opening with his story will help root the viewers into the culture of early youtube it would be awesome to interview and tell the stories of the people who helped make youtube a new place for entertainment end it with the line that was crossed that changed this place forever lonelygirl i think that project was what showed people that production costs would be impactful even if that just meant good lighting at the time

What a waste of time and materials. I doubt the strength is much more than compacted fill lime. Patio pavers on lime would be a much better alternative. Or rent a Mudmixer for $100 per day. You can still do it by yourself, and you'll have a far superior product that will actually last. Probably would have saved time as well.

Walkway? Paver stones? Maybe... Two things wrong with this demonstration and with dry pouring. Concrete is a chemical reaction It is not just the ingredients themselves and water. It's not glue. This is like people who buy a MIG welder and use it like a glue gun. Yes you can stick things together with it but there's no integrity to it. If you dry pour on the ground it's not the same as it being in a mold where the water is contained. You can't get water to the middle and it's not going to permeate once the top has a harden coat. You would have to completely saturate the ground underneath. Even then the integrity is going to be severely substandard. Why? Because there's not enough water for the chemical reaction to take place at any given time You have just enough for a little bit of a chemical reaction but not enough to coalesce everything into a actual chemical mixture. Anybody that does concrete will let you know that there's a point where it "goes off". That is referring to the chemical reaction happening and the concrete setting. That only happens with hydration and mixing. If you're going to do this do it on something that it doesn't matter... A pad for a shed, a pathway, garden stones... Do it to play with but it is not anything that you would want to make that you think is going to last or have any kind of structural integrity. If you get somebody that is gravity challenged (fat) That weighs 300 lb sitting in a garden chair each one of those feet sitting on the ground is going to have 75psi/in² I would have my doubts especially if it was close to an edge. Concrete has a compressive strength of 3,500 to 4,000 psi when cured which takes 28 days after pour.
